Donate an auction item and help a student become eligible to model in the Fashion Show
  Looking for suggestions of what to give or how to donate to the Fashion Show Auction? Review the Wish List  for some ideas. Students earn points for each dollar/dollar value donated to this event as auction items, sponsorships, ads and underwirting. The top five point earners in each grade will be eligible to model. Senior models may have an opportunity to walk the runway with their dads. Top point-earners may have the opportunity to model with their dog (dogs must be 20-pounds or under and have a crate). A dog's behavior/appropriateness for the runway will be approved by the production staff.
   The deadline to turn in your items to earn points will be March 26, 2010. Students can begin earning points immediately. For every dollar earned, you receive a point. Example: One person or company purchases a program ad for $350; you earn as many points as they pay (350 points).

Committee Chairs are still needed to assist with live and silent auctions, and gathering sponsors, underwriters and program advertising supporters. The next meeting of the Fashion Show Committee is set for January 7, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in the Connelly Conference Room.

Do you have a favorite local artist or designer? Do you shop at a favorite store that you would like to tell others about? The Fashion Show is a great place to support local businesses. These businesses will reach 250 to 300 people from Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties and stretch their advertising dollars while targeting a teen clientele.
