For the second consecutive year, Connelly Varsity Volleyball has won the CIF Southern Section Division V-A Championship.  Friday night, November 16, the Connelly Koalas girls' volleyball team defeated Coastal Christian at Cypress College, 22-25, 25-13, 27-25, 23-25, 15-7, giving them the CIF championship title.  With powerful serves, 28 kills and eight aces, senior Lilla Frederick was named Athlete of the Week by The OC Register.
