August 18 is Family Day
Posted on: August 15, 2012

Join us for a Family Day PICNIC at Cornelia Connelly School August 18 @ 1 p.m.

We're saving a special table for you under the shade trees, in the Connelly gardens.

Lunch is provided by Las Palomas Catering & Restaurant in Anaheim (Julissa Fontes & Martin Rodriguez, parents of Alyssa Rodriguez '15). Music, games, face painting, prizes & Connelly's popular  CAKE WALK!

Students who attend AND submit all forms, receive their class schedule and locker assignments.

Please participate in Connelly's eWaste COLLECTION EVENT on the same day (10 a.m. - 2 p.m.)! Help Connelly raise money by recycling your unwanted electronic items: intact computer monitors; LCD, Plasma and CRT TVs; LED or projection TVs; computer towers; computer servers; laptops; tablet PCs; Netbooks; smart phones; cell phones; and ink and toner cartridges. (For more information, click on the flier at the right.)

EZ-Ups/canopies are needed. If you have one that you can loan to Connelly for the day, please contact Mrs. Walker at [email protected] or 714-776-1717 Ext. 248.

Please bring your donations:

  • Sophomores - Please bring ready-to-serve fruit (watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe, oranges, grapes, etc.)
  • Juniors - Please bring a case of water, juice or soda (you may drop these off the week of August 13, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.)
  • Seniors - Please bring dessert (cookies, cupcakes, brownies, fruit bars, etc.)

"I teach at Connelly because this school empowers its students to become strong, confident thinkers in a joyous and happy learning environment. I have a special privilege to see God every day in the faces and actions of my students."
Michael Ambrose,
Math teacher

"I feel privileged to go to a school where I know everyone there cares about me and supports me. Connelly has helped me grow in my faith and build my confidence. I could not have picked a better school for high school."
Raynee, Class of 2013
